EMPLOYMENT INTERMEDIARIES

The Government is consulting on legislation to prevent the use of Employment Intermediaries to avoid payment of National Insurance and Income tax contributions by presenting employment relationships falsely as Self-employment. As from 6th April 2015,Intermediaries will have to provide details of Employee’s and payments when PAYE or National Insurance is not operated. Details of the reporting can be found HERE
