Practical Payroll Solutions will discuss and complete any preliminary and initial 'start up' payroll training requirements prior to implementation.

If required, further support can then be assessed on a continuing basis to facilitate any additional needs for your staff's payroll training needs.

We are able to advise and offer payroll training on all aspects to include:

  • Input of data for remote users
  • Utilisation of the system dependent upon the level of service chosen
  • Spreadsheet design – to include layout and formats for electronic data transfers
  • Report writing – Practical Payroll Solutions' systems are robust and flexible enough to allow remote users to write and run their own reports

Practical Payroll Solutions will tailor a package to suit your needs and payroll training can be given at your premises or ours.

In tandem with payroll training, our development teams are available to ensure that our systems are utilised to your requirements.

As your payroll company we will provide a helpdesk between 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We will also have senior staff available outside of normal working hours, should your business require urgent support and you can be assured that we will be able to deal with these situations should they arise.

Each of our customers has their own payroll manager, who is there to offer the support you need to maintain the smooth running of your business.
